My wife and I were looking for a high protein / low carb meal for dinner to balance out our earlier meals of low protein and high carb, "The Spot" did not disappoint! Protein packed lean beef on a bed of broccoli and cabbage that's perfect for boosting testosterone! Boom! Great spot for our current diet/training regimen.
